Of course, what would a Glinda the Good Witch costume be without the magic wand. You can obviously use some silvery metallic pipe cleaners to make this too. The tiara is also another thing that is a pretty easy creation with these very same pipe cleaners. You can get a hold of them at almost any craft store and they are not going to set you back very much at all. Attach a star shaped piece of cardboard to the end and you have got yourself a great looking wand to work with.
